Job Description
We are looking for a resolute and detail-oriented Volunteer Administrator & bookkeeper to support our team with essential administrative and bookkeeping tasks.
What will you be doing?
Administration:
- Provide general administrative support, including managing emails and keeping records.
- Maintain and update internal databases and filing systems.
- Help with bookkeeping tasks.
- Consult with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.
Bookkeeping:
- Help with processing invoices, expenses, and payments.
- Support bookkeeping tasks and supporting financial records.
- Help prepare financial reports and budget monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
What are we looking for?
Essential:
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Xero accounting).
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in an administrative or finance role.
Desirable:
Understanding of GDPR and data protection principles
What difference will you make?
Essential: minimum 3+ years professional experience.
