Digital Marketing Manager

Use your skills to help us reach more children and young people with our coding, STEM, and creative writing classes and support exciting initiatives like our books, hackathon and Online Learning Platform.

We are seeking a friendly and talented Digital Marketing Manager to help promote our exciting range of remote and in-person classes, which currently include coding, STEM, and creative writing. Additionally, our third title called 'Virtual Combat', as part of our STEM career book series is set to launch in early July, and we need your expertise to spread the word and inspire more children to explore the incredible world of STEM.

This is an exciting time to join us, as we have several upcoming initiatives, including a hackathon, the launch of our Online Learning Platform, and a new leadership programme for young people. Your role will be pivotal in raising awareness, driving engagement, and helping us reach even more children, families, schools and educators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy to promote our classes, books, and events across social media and email. We use Brevo as our marketing platform.
• Create and schedule engaging content (e.g., posts, graphics, videos) for platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for key initiatives, including the launch of our third STEM career book, hackathon, Online Learning Platform, and leadership programme.
• Research and explore new opportunities to grow our audience and increase participation in our programmes.

• Passionate about improving the lives of children and young people through education.
• Interest in STEM and technology (bonus).
• Experience in digital marketing, including social media management and content creation.
• Strong written communication skills and creativity.
• Great graphic design or visual communication skills (bonus).
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Brevo, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
