SMAG provides life-saving medical aid to underserved communities, particularly those affected by conflict. We connect critically ill patients—many of them war victims—with vital healthcare interventions, including surgeries, rehabilitation, and long-term medical care.

We are looking for motivated, results-driven fundraisers to help secure funding through:

• Grant applications & donor outreach
• Corporate sponsorships & partnerships
• Crowdfunding & digital fundraising campaigns

If you're a skilled communicator and strategic thinker, we'd love to have you on board!This is a flexible, remote role with a commission/ volunteer-based structure.

We are looking for a number of passionate and results-driven individuals. A Fundraising manager to plan, manage and drive our funding needs as well as 3 Fundraisers who can help secure funding for life-saving medical interventions. The ideal candidate should have:

Skills & Experience

• Fundraising & Grant Writing - Experience in securing funds through grant applications, donor outreach, or corporate sponsorships.
• Donor Engagement - Ability to build and maintain relationships with funders, philanthropists, and organizations.
• Digital & Crowdfunding Strategies - Knowledge of online fundraising platforms, social media campaigns, and storytelling techniques.
• Strategic Thinking - Ability to identify funding opportunities, develop proposals, and implement fundraising strategies.
• Strong Communication - Persuasive writing and speaking skills to convey SMAG's mission effectively.

Previous experience in fundraising, non-profits, or grant writing is preferred, but we also welcome highly motivated individuals with strong communication and networking skills.
