Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated HR professional to help us recruit, onboard, and organize a team that will drive our mission forward.
What will you be doing?

- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment processes to build a team aligned with HAPHE's goals.
- Onboarding Coordination: Design and manage onboarding programs to support new team members and ensure alignment with project needs.
- Team Organization: Work closely with project leaders to assign team members based on skills, availability, and priorities.
- Volunteer Management: Provide ongoing guidance to volunteers, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
- Policy Development: Assist in refining HR policies and practices that support a healthy, engaged, and productive remote team.
