Seeking a strategic Hiring Manager to build a winning team, enabling us to scale and deliver impactful community projects.

  • Strategic mindset: Ability to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals and scaling needs.
  • Understanding of EDI principles: A commitment to fostering equity, diversity, and inclusion in hiring practices.
  • Interpersonal skills: Strong relationship-building skills to collaborate with team members and prospective candidates.
  • Project management: Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple recruitment activities concurrently.
