Fundraising Officer

Fundraising Officer would search for donators, draft proposals for funding applications for our HelpLine project and temporary accomodation for individuals on the street after reaching out to them with gospel.

The Fundraising Officer would be able to search for organisations, funding trusts and foundations, including local and international organisations that would fund our projects. The Fundraiser would also have the required skill in drafting proposals for funding. Also the Volunteer would be able to work in collaboration with the Project Coordinator.

We are looking for an experienced fundraiser.

The Volunteer Fundraiser can work from home, at the same time in constant communication with the project Coordinator.

Prospect Research - The Volunteer fundraiser will be able to research and develop a list of potential grants that would form a data base for the foundation, from which applications for funding of specific projects can be chosen.

Case for Support - The Volunteer fundraisers would also be able to draft case for support for each project which will form the core bid for funding. This would help us to submit to draft and submit fundraising applications for different projects.

Fundraising Applications - The Volunteer fundraisers would be able to organise his or her work, in order to meet the deadlines for the submission of applications of project proposals. The Fundraiser Volunteer would also have the ability to review relevant information and requirements with regard to each grant.

The fundraising volunteers will help us shape how we present ourselves to our stakeholder, funders and general public including our service users. Thus, your help would enable us to continue offer a safe and confidential space that would enable individuals to open up and talk about their problems, with immediate access to therapy when individuals are facing tough times. Either when they are battling with depression, anxiety, or feeling overwhelmed by life's pressures, or adverse life events. This would enable our HelpLine to continue to be a lifeline for individuals in moments of crisis. The fundraisers' help and expertise will enable us to adapt and survive, thus making it possible for us to scope new possibilities, new activities and better ways of working. Our mission is to make sustainablehpositive impact in the lives of our service users. Thus, the volunteers fundraising activities will enable us to thrive and make our long-term growth sustainable at a critical time.
