Do you want to use your HR expertise to make a meaningful difference in your local community? We are seeking a dedicated new Trustee to help us in our mission to tackle social isolation across the London boroughs of Ealing and Hounslow.

For 30 years, BEfriend has made a meaningful impact by connecting individuals with the support of our incredible volunteer befrienders, guided by our dedicated staff team. Over the past year, our charity has expanded into the neighbouring borough of Hounslow, marking a new chapter in our growth. We are now actively developing a new strategic plan to guide our future.

As we continue to evolve, we are seeking to enhance our Board of Trustees by welcoming a new member with professional expertise in Human Resources. This role is a fantastic opportunity to help shape the next phase of our journey and contribute to a charity that makes a real difference in people's lives.

• Ability to respect boundaries between executive and governance functions
