The RSPB's Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Learning and Development Manager is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help shape our EDI learning and development initiatives for staff. Whether you bring experience in demographic data collection or simply a passion for EDI, we'd love to have you on board.

**What You'll Do**

As a volunteer, you'll play an essential role in supporting EDI projects. Tasks may include:

- Attending meetings and contributing to follow-up actions.

- Helping design and share surveys.

- Assisting with data analysis to uncover key insights.

- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

- Keeping records organized in spreadsheets.

- Providing administrative support to ensure smooth project delivery.

**What You'll Need**

Don't worry if you're not an expert—we provide full training and induction! However, here are some general skills that will help you excel in this role:

- Basic IT skills, such as creating documents and managing spreadsheets.

- Strong communication skills for engaging with a variety of audiences.

- Good organizational skills to manage tasks effectively.
