RSPB Team Member (North Scotland reserves archivist)

RSPB

Job Description

We are looking for volunteers to help digitalise historic survey records and data from RSPB North Scotland. This role is entirely flexible and can be undertaken at the North Scotland Regional Office in Inverness or at home. Whatever time you are able to give to help with this task would be incredibly useful to the team and help ensure that this valuable data is preserved.

This role will require organisational skills and some tech confidence for scanning and digitalising paper based records, but please note that we will provide the required equipment and offer full training and support.

This is a rewarding role that offers the opportunity to support RSPB Scotland in a big way. You'll find satisfaction in completing tasks and making a genuine contribution to nature conservation. You will learn all about how the RSPB works and gain experience working for an environmental charity.

We like to think we're a friendly and welcoming team, so you'll have the opportunity to learn more about our ongoing work too.

Good luck with your application
