JOIN OUR BOARD OF TRUSTEES
We are seeking a dedicated Trustee to join our charitable company at St Bartholomew's Court Nursing Home.
St Bart's has been providing valuable care and support to people across Knowsley, Liverpool and St Helens for over 30 years. We provide nursing care, intermediate care, dementia care and palliative/end-of-life care to our valued members of the community.
As a Trustee, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the management and administration of our company's assets and resources. Your expertise and guidance will contribute to the success and growth of the company.
Duties:
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to the charity
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Oversee financial management and budgeting processes
- Monitor and evaluate company performance
- Collaborate with other Trustee Members to make informed decisions
- Monitor public relations efforts to enhance the company's reputation
- Attend Bi-Monthly Board Meetings
