Introduction to Warner Leisure Hotels
Back in 1932, Captain Harry Warner opened his first Holiday Camp on Hayling Island, providing traditional seaside family holidays.
Now we have a collection of 15 manors, castles and coastal villages showcasing British history, food, music and theatre in stunning locations across England and North Wales. We specialize in fabulous breaks across the UK exclusively for adults. Everything we do, from the little kindnesses to the big surprises, from sharing a smile to going the extra mile, is because we are dedicated to our guests’ delight.
We’re one great team sharing the same great story, the same goals and the same excitement for the future. Come and find your next opportunity with us!
Why we’re working with Rest Less
We live and breathe inclusivity at Warner. We have every age of guest and cater for every need and include every age of team in just the same way. Our hotels have such a variety of roles which could appeal at any age. We recognized partnering with Rest Less, in order to actively encourage team from the 50 onwards into Warner so that our teams have a wealth of diversity in age.
Why work with Warner Leisure Hotels
The majority of our roles don’t run to the usual 9-5, but they also don’t include really late night shifts either. A lot of the roles offered whether full or part time offer flexibility in hours.
We have a host of benefits that include free and heavily discounted food onsite and a host of team recognition rewards daily, weekly and monthly. We offer a 20% discount off both Warner and Haven holidays, with even heavier discounts if booked last minute. We also offer free use of our leisure facilities including the spa, pool and gym with a discount on treatments and products including Templespa. We also have access to a box at the O2 which you can apply for and if successful can enjoy a VIP experience!
We have roles in housekeeping, entertainment, hospitality, health and beauty, sports and leisure, administration. Being ‘warm hearted’ runs through our DNA, whether it’s how we treat our guests or each other.

Real-life stories
Changing your career track or transferring to a new company needn’t be daunting. We asked some of our valued team to tell us about their experiences of working at Warner Leisure Hotels. We hope they inspire you too.
Nicholas Smith - Maintenance Worker
How did you hear about the role?
“I have been at Littlecote House for 6 ½ years. Previously I have been a Lorry Driver and a Road Sweeper. I saw the Maintenance role online and went for an interview with Dean who heads up maintenance. My dad was a Farm Engineer and I have always been good at fixing things and alongside a level 2 electricians course, I was offered the role.”
What do you love about your role?
“I could never do a role where I was sitting down all the time so this role is ideal. I get to fix things that are broken and I get a real satisfaction from that. I also get to meet new people every day.”
The people I work with are really nice. We bounce off each other. Steve the General Manager and my boss Dean the Head of Maintenance have a really good working relationship. I work full time but have a good work life balance and as I enjoy my job it doesn’t feel like work.”
