Prawn & Chorizo Canapes

I bloody love prawns and Husband feels the same way about chorizo. So what better combo than these skewers.

PRAWN & CHORIZO CANAPES makes 12

Cooking chorizo, sliced into 12 rounds

12 raw shelled prawns

1 tsp harissa paste

Half garlic clove, crushed

2.5 tbsp Greek yoghurt

2 ½ tbsp mayonnaise

1 tbspn chopped parsley

How to prepare

Heat oven to 200 degrees and cook chorizo on a tray for 12 mins.

Meanwhile, mix the prawns and harissa.

In a bowl, combine the garlic, parsley, mayo and yogurt to make a dip.

Turn the chorizo, add the prawns to the tray and cook for a further 3 minutes.

Thread a prawn then slice of chorizo onto each skewer. Serve with the dip.
