Sticky Toffee Pudding
Ingredients: serves 8
115g butter
115g demerara sugar
230g golden syrup
285ml milk
½ loaf white bread (no crusts)
How to Prepare:
Cut bread into fingers and place in a dish. Melt butter, sugar and syrup in a pan and boil for 5 minutes until golden brown. Boil milk and pour over bread fingers. Pour over toffee mixture and bake in hot oven for 5-10 minutes.
Serve with cream or ice cream.
