About The Role
Bristol, Permanent, full time, hybrid (3 days per week in studio)
About You
The successful candidate will therefore be expected to understand and have a demonstrable track-record of successfully developing and executing digital creative, editorial and audience engagement initiatives that result in audience growth. They will have a career background in digital media content creation and will demonstrate their ability to lead, manage and inspire teams and partners, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation. It is crucial, too, that the appointed person comes with an understanding and point of view about the ever-evolving digital landscape and that they demonstrate thought-leadership about the future of digital.
Ultimately, the position will be a leading voice of digital creative content within the Aardman business, responsible for taking Aardman on a new digital journey, shaping and executing a fresh digital direction for the company and its character brands.
