About The Role
Start Date: Q1 2025
Full Time: 40 hours per week
Contract: Fixed Term Contract until March 2026
Salary: Depending upon experience
Location: Aztec West Studio, North Bristol.
The Role:
We are looking for a Puppets Production Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the Puppet Department in support of the Head of Puppets. This role ensures that all puppets are designed, built, and delivered according to the agreed creative and logistical requirements (quality, timescales, and budget) of the production.
About You
The Candidate:
The successful candidate will assist the Head of Puppets with the creation & management of production schedules for the Puppet Department in collaboration with the Line Producer & Production Manager.
They will also develop and manage budgets with the creative supervisors, ensuring all creative requirements are achievable within these constraints.
The perfect candidate will have previous production manager experience, with at least 5 years' experience working within features, ideally in stop motion or CG/film/TV production. They will also need strong (proven) scheduling and budgeting skills, with an awareness of managing resources effectively.
