The White Horse Blakeney accommodates 9 guest rooms and is a popular destination for both holiday makers and regluar clientele, we pride ourselves on creating fresh seasonal dishes utilising local produce. We strive to offer exceptional service at all times and we are looking for employees who have a love for hospitality and great customer service.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a strong individual with previous hospitality experience, to work as a Supervisor, this perhaps could suit a candidate looking for their next step in a managerial role.

We are looking for someone that is enthusiastic is 'hands on' and a natural leader, an individual who has the skills and passion to motivate a team.

You will need to be:

• Flexible - The business is open 7 days a week, shifts will vary, evenings, weekends and bank holidays are a must
• Manage, train and develop younger members of the team, have a good understanding of operational standards
• Run shifts from the front, be a real team player and input and implement new ideas
• Be able to work on the floor and on the bar
• Be responsible for securing the premises and cashing up
