Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and emptying trash.
  • Ensure all cleaning supplies are used and stored safely.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
  • Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
  • Assist with laundry services as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and their families.

Requirements

  • Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in a healthcare or nursing home setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
