Senior Sales Executive - Shared Ownership (Over 55s)

Anchor is hiring a Senior Sales Executive to drive sales and support customers through the purchase journey for shared ownership properties at our new development The Peaks, Stockport Woodford. Working with the Affordable Sales Manager, you'll implement sales and marketing strategies, manage the marketing suite and show homes, and ensure an exceptional customer journey from inquiry to completion.

Responsibilities include:

  • Guiding buyers through the shared ownership process, ensuring compliance and high customer satisfaction.
  • Meeting sales targets by managing inquiries, marketing activities, and on-site events.
  • Maintaining up-to-date CRM records, weekly progress reporting, and competitor analysis.
  • Working with internal and external teams to deliver a seamless sales process.

About You:

  • Experience in property sales, ideally with shared ownership knowledge.
  • Strong customer engagement skills, attention to detail, and IT proficiency.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, with occasional travel required.
