Job Description
Job Title: Manufacturing Technician
Location: Towcester - on site
Salary: £30000
Please note that this role including shift work - days only.
What you'll be doing:
- Employ established manufacturing procedures and the current production infrastructure to craft a range of standard products as per the agreed-upon production timetable.
- Use plant and equipment to compound and press rubber and resin-based sheet materials
- Use of plant and equipment to produce resin based products
- Manufacture of composite component and shapes through the use of resin pre-impregnated fabrics
Your skills and experience:
- Industrial experience in a Mechanical or Process Engineering environment
- Experience with polymers & composites in the Aerospace/Defence/Automotive industry
- Ability to follow Manufacturing Process documentation
- HNC in a relevant engineering or STEM discipline

The Manufacturing Technicians Team:
Joining our team presents an excellent chance for you to become an integral part of the Manufacturing Group in our department, focusing on the creation and advancement of products and technologies at our Towcester facility. This role encompasses working with a diverse range of materials such as composites, rubber, resin, paints, and high-temperature materials. We are currently seeking a Production Technician to join the Manufacturing Group and assist in the production of our diverse product range.
