Job Description
Job Title:Product Owner Manager
Location:Warton or Frimley. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.
Salary:£71,200 depending on skills and experience
What you'll be doing:
- Defines the product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives and other related products in this and other product value streams
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, understand customer needs, and inform product decisions
- Develop and manage product roadmaps, prioritising features and functionalities based on market demand and technical feasibility
- Lead the product team working with product customers to requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between enabling teams (commercial, legal, supply chain, security) to ensure efficient product development and launch
- Track product development progress, identify and mitigate risks, and manage dependencies across the product line
- Work with the product team and customers to define implementation strategies and success metrics for new product features or updates
- Collaborate with change management to develop messaging and positioning for the product
Your skills and experiences:
- Expertise in designing and optimizing frameworks that drive product success
- Strong in cybersecurity, implementing measures to protect systems and ensure compliance
- Experienced in IT infrastructure and service management, enhancing service delivery
- Proven DevOps engineer with over 3 years in product teams within relevant tech sectors
- Agile development advocate, skilled in methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Data-driven decision maker with expertise in product analytics and user insights
