Job Title: Production Planning Professional

Location:Barrow in Furness. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

Salary:Starting from £40,748 - depending on skills and experience

What you'll be doing:

  • Support the development and implementation of Production Planning & Control (PP&C) Systems of Work (SoW)
  • Engage with PP&C and Facility managers to define, govern and train PP&C processes
  • Produce detailed training material, user guides and documents for the function
  • Assist in deploying training and audit assessments
  • Producing weekly process and capability outputs to support the training requirements
  • Collaborate with PP&C members from other facilities to identify opportunities to drive programme performance and minimise lost opportunities

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  • Understanding of build strategy
  • Proficient knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana (Production Planning)
  • Experience using Microsoft Project and Visio
  • Stakeholder management experience, specifically influencing decision-making
  • Demonstrable experience solving complex issues

Desirable:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel & Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)

This opportunity is varied and interesting due to the closeness and proximity of the product and the continued interaction with all key stakeholders.It gives an insight into all functions and how they interact with one another.You will be responsible to run, drive and help deliver our company and business milestones.
