Job Description
Beaverbrook is seeking a proactive HR Administrator to manage employee accommodation, support recruitment efforts, and provide HR assistance. This role is ideal for someone organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering a positive employee experience.
What you'll be doing:
- Overseeing employee accommodation, including room allocation, check-ins/outs, and handling queries.
- Assisting with recruitment tasks such as reviewing applications, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and advertising roles.
- Supporting employee relations by advising managers on performance, absence, and other people-related issues, while managing HR documentation.
- Supporting local career fairs and ensure timely processing of recruitment outcomes.
Who you are:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent; ideally CIPD Level 7 qualified.
- Confident in decision-making and dealing with confidential matters.
- Able to demonstrate empathy and understanding during difficult conversations.
- Build rapport and trust with line managers.
- Proven experience in a similar HR/Recruitment role.
Salary: Up to 26,000 per annum
