About The Role

Job Title: Regional Fundraiser
Salary £28,699 Per Annum based on 35 hours per week
Job Location: Cardiff
Contract Type: Permanent
Can you coordinate fundraising projects and support the delivery of local fundraising plans?

As Regional Fundraiser, you will be responsible for raising income by recruiting new fundraising participants and supporters to maximise financial contribution, while ensuring effective and best use of fundraising materials and other resource.

What does the day in the life of a Regional Fundraiser look like?

  • Reporting to the Regional Fundraising Manager you will help to build and foster lasting relationships with external bodies and supporters to develop a varied supporter base while assisting in fundraising activities.
  • Building relationships with supporters and volunteers, ensuring excellent supporter experience.
  • You will proactively research opportunities, as well as ensure you are well placed to take advantage of emergent reactive opportunities to raise income and grow relationships with potential and existing supporters.
  • Ensure accurate records are held of income and where applicable, to be responsible for handling and banking cash in line with procedures.

What does it take to be a successful Regional Fundraiser?

  • You have experience of community, corporate or trust fundraising & organising events
  • You have Excellent IT skills and competency in Microsoft 365 and databases.
  • You can compose communications which are easy to read and understand.
  • You can form and develop good relationships with a broad range of people and organisations
  • You are flexible and able to prioritise your workload to achieve deadlines
