About the role
We're looking for an experienced CRM Developer to join our team. Handling the day-to-day support of the Butlin's CRM system and take an active role in development to insure we have the best-in-class system for the benefit of our team and guests. Whilst the main focus for the role will be CRM, involvement and support along with development on other systems will also be part of this role.
· Monitor daily load routines from various systems
· Support and develop ETL routines to extract, transform and load data into Bloomreach
· Involvement in the Analysis and Specification of new data sources
· Ensure that users achieve the optimum use of information
· The support of the Reporting Daily Processes
· Future proof the data architecture, taking account of new technologies and security protocols
· Report on project progress and timelines
· Ensure that all Butlin's data is transferred and stored in a secure way adhering to GDPR principals
· Design and develop new data sources for the CRM solutions
· Maintain data flow and data dictionaries
· Ad-hoc queries requested by the Business Units
· Involvement in process development to drive best practice and performance systems
· Maintain data security and GDPR principles at all times
About You
Have a pro-active approach with a willingness to share knowledge and ideas. A team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task efficiently.
Data warehouse experience, also analysis of SQL queries which require tuning and modifications. Creating database objects stored procedures, triggers, views, along with a good understanding of GDPR principles.
Confidence to participate in business meetings and most of all have a real passion for getting them all important results.
