Job Description
Grade C - £31,373 (National Framework) or £36,775 (London Framework - if you are London office based or homebased and live within the boundary of the M25) - There is also an additional homeworking allowance of £553 per annum for those working from home
Contracted Hours: Full time 37 hours per week (Part time or compressed hours may be considered but no less than 30 hours per week).

The Operational Insight function is the face of the Data and Insight Unit for operational colleagues. We work collaboratively with regional and national assessment and inspection teams to deliver insight through the analysis of data to support the regulation of health and care services in England, answering the 'so what?' and helping to inform the 'now what?'. We support operational teams by providing in-depth informative analysis so they can carry out data led assessment and regulation thus helping to build a data-driven culture. You will have the opportunity to work alongside colleagues in both your network team and function-wide completing analysis in a variety of sectors across health and social care.
There are also opportunities internally to help shape the nature of the function and the wider unit going forward within CQC. You can support the organisation as we consistently look to iterate and improve whilst adapting to wider changes in the health and social care landscape. You will also have the option to join the unit-wide "Qual Guild" which supports analysts to explore and develop qualitative methods to be used across the unit.
