Job Description

Grade A - £52,737 (National Framework) or £58,139 (London Framework - if you are London office based or homebased and live within the boundary of the M25) - There is also an additional homeworking allowance of £553 per annum for those working from home.

Contracted Hours: Full-time 37 hours per week. Talk to us about compressed hours.

Contract Type: Fixed term contract or secondment opportunity until 31 March 2025.

Location: Flexible home or office based.

Closing date: Tuesday 1st October 2024 at 11:59pm, with interviews in the week commencing 8 October. We are looking for a successful candidate to start as soon as possible.

This role will be a fast-paced, high intensity role that will help us communicate and engage with our stakeholders, leading a campaign to restore trust with the public and providers by listening better, working together more collaboratively and being honest about what we've got wrong.

What you will bring...

The ideal candidate for the role will be a first-class communicator with excellent analytical skills and project management skills and understanding of agile working practices.

An effective interpersonal and presentation skills, underpinned by the ability to secure and maintain the confidence of a range of CQC stakeholders, both internal and external.

You will be comfortable working with complexity and ambiguity, in a fast-paced environment, and will be required to oversee the development and delivery of engagement strategies, bringing our key stakeholders with you.
