Job Description

Grade A: £52,737 (National Framework) or £58,139 (London Framework - if you are London office based or homebased and live within the boundary of the M25) - There is also an additional homeworking allowance of £553 per annum for those working from home. For part time roles - please note this will be pro rata.

Contracted Hours: Full-time 37 hours per week. Job-share will be considered. Talk to us about compressed hours.

In this role, you will lead the organisation's content design and social media team and act as the lead for its most used service - our public website.

What you will bring...

A team player and effective leader, you will be comfortable juggling the demands of multiple projects and delivering both strategic and tactical solutions.

You will be passionate about making our content and services easier to access, understand and use for everyone who needs them.

You will have excellent content skills and a strong understanding of digital channels. You will be comfortable using analytics and user research evidence to inform design decisions.
