Job Description

Grade C - £31,373 (National Framework) or £36,775 (London Framework - if you are London office based or homebased and live within the boundary of the M25) - There is also an additional homeworking allowance of £553 per annum for those working from home

Contracted Hours: Full time 37 hours per week or compressed hours/job share will also be considered. 

Contract Type: Permanent

We are looking for a great Performance Analyst to join us in our Portfolio Office Team, part of the CQC's Governance, Performance and Improvement Directorate. You will provide high quality business and data analysis to generate insightful reporting of portfolio, programme & project performance.

As a result, you will make an important contribution to ensuring that the right project and programme performance reporting standards are set out for delivery teams to follow and champion the use of best practice standards, tools, and processes across the portfolio.

What you will bring...

Experience of managing portfolio management systems, approaches, and techniques.

Experience of working in a portfolio, programme, or project management setting, ideally within a Portfolio Office or PMO environment.

Knowledge of portfolio, programme, and project best practice methodologies, with direct experience in a number of key portfolio management functions / processes.

Knowledge of how PPM methodologies are applied in a change portfolio context.

Educated to degree level or equivalent and holding one or more PPM qualification i.e. Prince 2 Practitioner.

The ability to manipulate and interrogate data to produce meaningful insights that can be used to drive improved performance and quality.

Experience of using Power BI desktop to create and share insight for a range of stakeholder needs.
