Job Description

Grade B - £39,390 (National Framework) or £44,792 (London Framework - if you are London office based or homebased and live within the boundary of the M25) - There is also an additional homeworking allowance of £553 per annum for those working from home

Contracted Hours: Full time 37 hours per week or Part time / Job Share / Condensed hours (min 4 days per week) may be considered

Contract Type: Fixed Term or Secondment Opportunity for 18 months

Location: We can offer homeworking, office-based or hybrid working

- The Regulatory Leadership Support and Communications Lead is a new role working to the Business Manager that will take a lead on internal communications for all of Regulatory Leaderships activity ensuring the wider commission is kept informed. The role will also oversee the administrative support team in the directorate.

What you will bring...

You'll have exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to sustain effective, professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Your experience and knowledge of internal communications will enable you to plan and sequence communications effectively and to drive a collaborative approach.

You will bring experience of delivering large in person and online events, including use of MS Teams Live or Town Hall, and creating a wide range of communication products tailored to stakeholder needs to inform decision making and drive understanding across different audiences.

You'll have experience of overseeing administrative processes to achieve performance, standardisation and consistency and developing systems to support corporate and local governance.
