We are CH&CO, we're proud to take a more thoughtful, mindful approach to the food experiences we source, prepare and present. We are recruiting for a Chef Manager to work at NHS Bloods & Transfusion site in Barnsley.

Key responsibilities

  • Food Production on site - adhering to all company food and health & safety policies and procedures whilst driving innovative menus suitable for customers onsite
  • Customer Service - lad team to deliver excellent customer service to colleagues and client, seeking feedback for continual development
  • Finance - Plan and deliver the catering offer on site in adherance to budget, manage on site supplier relationships and follow all company financial and compliance policy and procedure
  • Manage & Develop team - Offer leadership and structure for on site catering team to deliver consistent, high quality service
