We are CH&CO, we're proud to take a more thoughtful, mindful approach to the food experiences we source, prepare and present. We are recruiting for an experienced Conference and Events Sales Manager to work with us at a large contract in Watford. We are looking for a proactive and results-driven 360 Event & Sales Manager to lead the end-to-end management of events while driving sales growth on this exciting contract. This role blends event management expertise with a strong focus on business development, client acquisition, and revenue generation. The ideal candidate will be equally passionate about delivering exceptional events and maximizing the commercial potential on this contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development:o Drive sales efforts to attract new clients across all event typeso Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to generate leadso Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets, focusing on both short-term and long-term growtho Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners, including event planners, corporate clients, production companies, and agencieso Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs

• Client Relationship Management:o Serve as the primary contact for clients, from initial inquiry through to event completion, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience

• Event Planning & Coordination:o Manage the full lifecycle of events, ensuring all elements are meticulously planned and executed to the highest standardo Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and objectives, translating these into detailed event planso Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all aspects of the event are flawlessly executed

Qualifications:• Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships• Experience in managing events in large contracts and venues desirable• Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail
