Chadwick Textiles is a successful and long established company specialising in "unbranded" premium quality team sport and training wear clothing. Our wide and varied B2B customer base includes sports brands, sports retailers, resellers, and garment decorators. Our company is synonymous with market leading multisport products for schools, universities, grass roots and pro sports clubs and organisations.

This is a new position / appointment to our sales management team with our forward thinking, established and successful privately owned Team Sportswear business.

You will need:

  • A strong commercial instinct with a proven track record over several years in converting strong prospects through the customer pipeline.
  • A highly Professional sales approach with a clear strategy, seeking to engage with decision makers and business owners in order to build lasting, meaningful and mutually beneficial customer relationships
  • Experience within the Sportswear and / or the Schoolwear industry is preferred but is not essential, as would a keen interest in sport more generally
  • Manage and drive forward day to day Sales projects, demonstrating energy and enthusiasm, liaising directly with the Sales Director, and working closely with the marketing manager
  • CRM experience is essential as the successful candidate would be required to ultimately oversee and manage daily Sales office CRM activity re new leads and opportunities with existing customers

Based in our modern / purpose-built office /warehouse in Altrincham, travel throughout the UK is expected based on the genuine opportunities created on an agreed basis

The role has potential to help build the sales department more generally as a whole in order to achieve the company's short, medium- and long-term goals - a good opportunity to develop a career.

Salary level will depend on experience c£35/40k. This is a full time role, but part time could be considered for the right person.
