AO Administrative Officer

As the successful candidate you will support Defence Primary HealthCare (DPHC) in delivery of a safe and effective primary healthcare service within the firm base at Pirbright Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) in order to enhance and sustain operational effectiveness. You will help with providing a comprehensive support service to the clinical staff of the MTF and professional front of house receptionist service to recruits, permanent staff and entitled civilians.Prioritisation of tasks will be in accordance with the MTF resourcing needs with administrative requirements being continuously monitored which will change in accordance with service level requirements. You will be happy working as part of a team, with excellent communication skills both written and oral, and understand the necessity to maintain patient confidentiality.Strategic Command Transformation Strategic Command is going through a significant transformation programme which aims to improve the way the Command conducts its business and delivers for Defence and the nation.
