Job Description
The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to: Understand and know how to navigate relevant policy and publications.Management and maintenance of all documentation, files, spreadsheets and records. Including creation of Letters of Delegation/Authority and uploading to SharePoint.CP&F administration including approval of requisitions in line with financial delegation.Assist with external audits where necessary.Maintain Official Hospitality records and claims.Process of adhoc invoices.Maintain ePC records/documentation and conduct monthly checks on banking system.The issue of Across Government Eye Care Scheme vouchers, and the upkeep of records and documentation.Adhoc Business Management office admin to include, cleansing of SharePoint data, filing, document control and ordering of stationery.Responsible for managing and administrating the group mailbox, effectively prioritising emails, processing any requests that fall within your allocation and forwarding other request to the relevant team members.As part of the Better Defence Estate Strategy it was announced that RAF Halton would be closing 2027. The scope and potential relocation of posts is still to be identified.Probation will normally last for six months. However, in certain roles, where specific training or qualifications are required, probation may last up to 12 months. The probation period may be suspended if the employee is absent from work, preventing an assessment of their suitability for the role.
