Finance and Operations lead

The Postholder will be expected to: Development and implementation of consistent and best practice finance processes across all the functions within the Post Office Horizon redress team.Work with team of Analysts to develop robust monthly financial forecasts across the redress schemes.Provide support to the finance function of the redress teams.Build a good understanding of Post Office redress schemes, understanding the financial and performance drivers, risks and issues.Support G7 on year-end fiscal management and processing returns.Support for the monthly HR Data management returns.Provide Support for the directorate annual Business Planning processes.Lead on collation of FOI responses for the PMO function.Support G7 to review and comment on individual redress cases from a finance perspective when required.Support and cover for G7 at scheme progress meetings when required.
