Job Description

You will be responsible for supporting a range of projects across the team, delivering 1-3 per year, leading some projects and/or workstreams, to deliver results and improvements by demonstrating:Project Management: Supporting planning a project from initiation, through to implementation and closure. This will require delivering at pace using proportionate project management tools (project plans, risk registers, reporting), supporting monitoring as necessary.Stakeholder Management: Helping to identify, prioritise, and manage a range of stakeholders across the department, externally in other Government Departments, and potentially investors too depending on the project requirements. This will involve effectively deploying a range of engagement techniques to seek views, inform solutions, help manage risks and issues, and deliver intended outcomes.Change Management: Supporting the adoption of appropriate change interventions to deliver necessary improvements to systems, processes, or structures in line with strategic priorities.Communication Skills: Communicate effectively using appropriate methods to a range of stakeholders from senior leaders, ministers, and businesses, to colleagues across the breadth of the Investment Network in the UK and overseas.
