Job Description

Monitor and manage tickets assigned to the M365 team within our IT Service Management (ITSM) tool, helping to ensure timely resolution and adherence to SLAsAssist with general administration and monitoring the health of the M365 environmentProvide support for the development and delivery of the managed training provision for all aspects of M365 productsAssist with the technical management of the Senedds intranetsHelp to ensure that appropriate process, procedures, and any associated documentation is in place to monitor performance and capacityAssist with the administration of bespoke-developed solutions across M365. This includes products within the Power Platform such as Forms, Power Automate and Bookings Work with project teams where M365 may provide a direct solution, or where integrations are required with 3rd party products Maintain awareness of M365 platform updates, features and functionalityAny other duties commensurate with the level of the post.
