Job Description

The ICS Reward Team provides strategic advice, policy development, analytical support, pay negotiations expertise, job evaluation advice and non-pay benefit management for DSIT, BDUK, UK Space Agency, and DESNZ and the Arm's Length Bodies of both Departments. The team develop and implement annual pay awards, develop pay policies, undertake Ad Hoc pay projects and advise on complex pay cases. ICS is a new way of doing things in Government and this is an exciting time to join ICS as the role and value ICS plays grows and develops.
