Laptop management to all Navy Units at RNAS Yeovilton.Day to Day Change Management Activities.Admin/Project Support to the IS Infra Team.Laptop Hardware Management:Site point of contact for Primary Laptop issuing, returning, and managing the spare laptop pool. Maintenance of laptop database. Use the Defence Digital service catalogue logging requests to triage faulty laptops and order new laptops.Laptop Auditing:Actively Monitoring laptop usage across site and requesting returns when laptops are not being utilised in accordance with Navy Device Allocation Policy.Laptop Configuration Management:Ensure site records are 100% accurate on the RAMT system for HMS Heron and RNAS Yeovilton. Investigating and resolving any anomalies.Laptop Information Portal Administration:Laptop management page updating with any communication/news/help guides that the user community might need to know. Maintaining SharePoint files to current standards.Administration:Managing any minor change orders that are placed across site, surveying where required and seeing to a successful conclusion. Keeping on top of daily issues raised to IS Infra and Upkeep of the IS Infra SharePoint site. Support to any inflow projects and building management responsibilities as directed by the IS Infra Manager.
