DSA OfficersWe are looking for motivated and dynamic individuals with a passion for delivering excellent customer service to join our busy DSA team in DarlingtonOur DSA Officers are responsible for assessing students eligibility and entitlement to DSAs in accordance with the relevant regulations and Equality Act whilst ensuring appropriate support is agreed for DSA customers, in line with Government guidelines. In addition, DSA Officers will liaise with a number of stakeholders including external Needs Assessors, Disability Advisors and third-party providers to ensure we provide the right support to our customers.This a busy and varied role includes delivering a high-level of customer service and provide advice to customers with varying disabilities through a variety of communication channels including inbound/outbound calls, emails, webchat and letter.SLC offers a Blend working model where you can typically work 3 days at home with 2 days in the office, but we know this might not suit everyone and we can offer full time office working instead the option is yours!
