Job Description

Work within Base Support Squadron (BSS) undertaking general administrative tasks fitting to grade. This role is broken down into two working for Officer Commanding Station Service Flight (OC SSF) with regards to Works Services and reporting to the Regional Resettlement Officer (RRO) for Education and Resettlement .Works Services ClerkReporting of Work Service requests to QinetiQ helpdesk, where required.Verification of completed work services to customers.Hastening outstanding jobs.Works Services administration.Input into works improvement projects as required.Act as cover/continuity when OC SSF is away from post.Education & Resettlement ClerkUse Microsoft Teams to promote the latest announcements regarding military education, training, and resettlement.Administration of Standard Learning Credit (SLC) and Enhanced Learning Credit (ELC) schemes.Maintenance of Joint Personnel Administration (JPA) database.Administration of all aspects of resettlement, including resettlement interviews, courses, advances and refunds.
