We are excited to be recruiting for a Sales and Events Co-ordinator based at The Honourable Society of Gray's Inn.

• Have excellent knowledge of venue capabilities, capacities, unique selling points and pricing• Follow up on all enquiries within 24 hours and record in the system• To be responsible for sales administration

• Assist the Sales and Marketing Manager with all aspects of venue marketing, including social media strategies and marketing plans

• To keep up to date all online listings and assist with managing subscription renewals

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new key corporates, agents and platforms within the industry with a focus on securing new and repeat business
