Staff and Artist Restaurant Manager

We are excited to be recruiting for a Manager based at Royal Opera House Admin.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for organising and managing the day-to-day operations of the Staff and Artist Restaurant at the Royal Opera House.
• Oversee a team of up to 10 team members.
• Recruit and train staff members.
• Prepare team rotas in accordance with the business needs.
• Ensure excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene, and health and safety legislation.
• Prepare Menu and allergen signage.
• Handle all ordering and inventory including weekly stock takes.
• Review product and presentation to enhance the offering.
• Track financial records to increase profitability and customer engagement.
