AC Engineer - Midlands
Up to £18.50 per hour (DOE)
Monday to Friday with overtime available
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems nationwide, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Conduct regular maintenance and servicing of air conditioning systems in commercial settings.
  • Identify potential issues and implement solutions to prevent breakdowns.
  • Diagnose and repair faults in air conditioning systems efficiently.
  • Replace defective components and ensure systems are operating optimally.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to explain the work being carried out, providing updates and professional advice.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality workmanship and maintaining a clean work environment.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant industry standards and regulations.
About You
Essential:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer.
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or equivalent.
  • F-Gas Certification (Category 1).
  • Strong knowledge of various air conditioning systems and their components.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to work independently.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work to deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high standards of work.
Desirable:
  • Experience working with VRF/VRV systems.
  • Additional HVAC certifications or qualifications.
