- This is a Mobile Worker role. You will be required to work at any of our 5 venues, work from home and be out at appointments. (Company car provided)
- Account manage a number of third party agents and accounts that have opportunity to grow within The Venues Collection and achieve a set revenue target.
- Build long-term, profitable client relationships with the accounts to enable account revenue growth and retention.
- Working alongside the Head of Sales to help support the delivery of the Group marketing communication plan.
- Represent The Venues Collection as agreed at Industry events or Industry Association Partnerships.
Who you are
- Minimum of 5 years sales management experience in a multi-site operation within the UK Hotel sector
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Expert negotiator
- Highly motivated
- Confident at building relationships across all stakeholder levels
- Positive and effective team player who is able to contribute to overall commercial teams success
