National Business Development Manager - The Venues Collection

£45,000 per annum
Purpose of the role:
Working with the Head of Sales to identify new business opportunities and create project plans to implement and deliver new business across the group.

More about the role
  • This is a Mobile Worker role. You will be required to work at any of our 5 venues, work from home and be out at appointments. (Company car provided)
  • Account manage a number of third party agents and accounts that have opportunity to grow within The Venues Collection and achieve a set revenue target.
  • Build long-term, profitable client relationships with the accounts to enable account revenue growth and retention.
  • Working alongside the Head of Sales to help support the delivery of the Group marketing communication plan.
  • Represent The Venues Collection as agreed at Industry events or Industry Association Partnerships.

Who you are

  • Minimum of 5 years sales management experience in a multi-site operation within the UK Hotel sector
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Expert negotiator
  • Highly motivated
  • Confident at building relationships across all stakeholder levels
  • Positive and effective team player who is able to contribute to overall commercial teams success
