Contract Manager

• Lead and drive the strategy for growth and retention of new and existing business.
• Develop long-term account plans and conduct rolling lifecycle reviews.
• Oversee the sales team in developing financially sound bids and proposals.
• Implement senior client review processes to identify additional sales/service opportunities.

• Continually review labor structures and ratios, adjusting consumable budgets accordingly.

• Senior management experience in Catering and Facilities Management.
• Led change programs to deliver operational benefits.
• Familiarity with working within brand guidelines to achieve results.
• Experience in highly commercial and price-sensitive markets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fully conversant with current Health and Safety and food safety regulations.
• Experience in risk management, analysis, and reduction.
• Managed senior-level third-party relationships.
