Sales Office Manager - Milton Hill House

With over 20 meeting rooms and 114 bedrooms, Restaurant and Bar, we also have a fantastic onsite leisure club.
We are part of "The Venues Collection", a grouping of five easily accessible venues specialising in events.
This role is responsible for motivating and leading the sales office team to achieve the financial targets and key performance indicators at Milton Hill House. You will manage the day to day operation of reservations, meetings and events sales, including pricing strategy distribution for these revenue streams within the business.

More about the role:
- The role is part of the venues Senior Management team
- Responsible for the pricing strategy for accommodation, meeting + events
- Responsible for producing a weekly forecast for accommodation + event sales
- Participate and host the weekly or bi-weekly sales strategy meeting with the General Manager
- Responsible for the production + collation of the sales budget in conjunction with the General Manager, Financial Controller + Director of Sales
- Operate effective diary management across rooms, meetings and events
- Positively approach all sales opportunities to maximise sales and revenue
- To ensure the sales team are full engaged with our customers and build/maintain relationships with key accounts
- To support the Director of Sales with new business leads
Who you are:
- Proven experience in a related role within the hospitality/events industry
- Experience in reservation management + team management
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Knowledge of industry trends
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends as required
