Unit Manager

• Leadership: Manage and inspire the kitchen and catering team to ensure excellent performance and collaboration.
• Compliance: Ensure all kitchen operations adhere to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations, including HACCP guidelines.
• Budget Management: Oversee food purchasing and stock control, maintaining cost efficiency without compromising quality.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks and gather feedback to continuously improve dining services.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the hospital's dieticians, nursing staff, and management to support holistic patient care.

• We're looking for a dynamic and experienced culinary professional with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. You should have:
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a healthcare or catering environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• A solid understanding of dietary requirements and nutritional standards.
• Level 3 Food Hygiene and Safety qualification or equivalent or be willing to undertake
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining high standards under pressure.
