Job Description

We are currently seeking to appoint an Executive Assistant to join our team at Cygnet.

Supporting our Managing Director for Social Care you will be joining our team on a full time, 40 hour per week basis.

Please note this role will be site based however travel will be required as and when needed.

Executive Assistant:

Principal responsibility is to provide the Managing Director with executive support and administrative assistance.

You will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organised and be able to prioritise your workload effectively. You will manage the diary, arranging meetings and taking minutes where appropriate. Ideally you will have experience of being a personal assistant previously and be very familiar with this type of role.

Purpose of Role:

  • Calendar and diary management
  • Email management
  • Coordinating schedules, meetings and appointments
  • Booking travel arrangements
  • Action log management
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations
  • Note/minute taking at key meetings
  • Expenses management
  • Management of files
  • Promote equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organisation
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
  • Planning and coordinating regional conferences and meetings

Expereince:

  • Excellent PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills
  • Experience in a similar role preferred
  • Experience in minute taking
  • Must be able to use initiative
  • Eye for detail
  • Excellent spelling and grammar
  • Must be willing to travel to Cygnet services.
