Pensions Administrator (Maternity Cover)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Pension Administrator to join our team at Cygnet.

Cygnet was established in 1988. Since then we have developed a wide range of health and social care services for young people and adults with mental health needs, acquired brain injuries, eating disorders, autism and learning disabilities within the UK.

Reporting into the Head of Reward the post holder will support the Reward Function and take responsibility for monthly reporting and managing the benefits inbox. There will also opportunities to take part in analytical projects.

Please note: This role is a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.

Main duties and responsibilities include:

• Process documentation for new starters and leavers.
• Maintain accurate records in HR and payroll systems.
• Handle pension queries and provide guidance.
• Ensure compliance with pension regulations.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams for data accuracy
• Working as part of a team, collaborating to continuously improve processes and service to clients
• Carry out any adhoc processes as required

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Experience with Microsoft Excel
• Previous pension experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to establish and maintain efficient working relationships
• Able to work on own initiative
• Ability to work under pressure
• Organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
